Brakes are screeching when stopping.
I purchased the car about 3 weeks ago, sat it in the driveway a few days ago pulled out n noticed screeching, didnt do this prior to buying.

Alsl im noticing a small noise, when driving am I just in need of a tune up?

 

Do you have the experience and tools to work on the car yourself? If no, take it to a local garage for inspection.

Modern cars don't get or need 'tunes up'. That pretty much disappeared 10-15 years ago. Your car has a maintenance schedule showing what to inspect on a progressive basis either by miles or months. Follow that.
