Brakes won't release

I'm trying to change the front hub assembly but the brakes won't disengage. All I've done was jack the car up and take the wheel off and its telling me park brake fault. Car is in neutral, why won't it release?

Park brake only operates on the rear wheels, not the front. You have other issues.

The front wheel won't rotate?

That's what I thought. I just drove the car fine a minute ago. I didn't hit any wires or brake lines.

Never mind I got the caliper off.
