Default Brembo Parking brake cable Stabilizer bar

My RH parkbrake cable has snapped, on the caliper end.
What should be a very simple cable removal procedure is anything but. It's a challenging undertaking.

The parkbrake system is operated by a motorised parking brake actuator, which sits above the diff. This actuator pulls the two cables attached to the small Brembo parkbrake calipers on either end.
Neither the RH or LH cable is available new from Jaguar. Plenty of used actuators only available, but because of the difficulty in removing the RH cable it appears that most of the wreckers just simply cut the RH cable off to be able to easily remove the actuator, so the RH cable is never included..

The Workshop Manual does make an attempt to list the cable removal procedure but it's completely useless information. The problem is that this RH parkbrake cable is actually secured in place by the same bolted bracket that holds the RH stabilizer bar bush!

So I thought no problem, I'll check the workshop manual to see how to undo this stabilizer bar bush bracket bolt. Turns out the workshop manual want's you to drop the whole subframe to get to this bolt. Hilarious!
This stabilizer bar bush bracket/parkbrake cable holder bracket is held in by a 14mm bolt.
I don't fancy dropping the whole subframe just to remove the RH parkbrake cable. But I can see very little access from the wheel side to try and get to this bolt. If you try to access this bolt from underneath the car you need to go in blind, over the trailing arm and I haven't tried this yet with a knuckle joint socket.
Any tips if anyone's tried this.

Brembo parkbrake caliper showing RH parkbrake cable sheath end, still secured. As hook end of cable had snapped off I was able to pull cable out through from the other side.

RH parkbrake sheath which cable runs through. Shown unclipped from the small Brembo parkbrake caliper. Snapped end fell off here so no cable visible in photo.

Photo from a fleabay seller. Surprisingly selling what appears to be a RH parkbrake cable (for the Brembo setup) along with the actuator. However, I can't be certain that its not the LH cable. Most sellers are just offering the actuator. The bend in this (assumed) RH parkbrake cable shown is where it's secured by the bolt/bracket in question.
