It is extremely important that the coolant hose underneath the supercharger be replaced as the AJ-V8 becomes very vexed if overheated.

Hi Kewpie,

The scroll valve in the compressor may need to be change. I had an issue with hot air blowing with my 2005 S Type. Changed the scroll valve and everything is fine now.

Kewpie,
I have been following your post along with my own post as we seem to have a similar problem. I replaced my DCCV, had jaguar climate control check the control module and install his backups, changed the cabin air filter, ambient temp sensor and one of the evap sensors and still blowing hot air. The forum suggested that I have the a/c charge checked and my jaguar independent thought that was good advice and suggested taking it to my local shop that I can walk to rather than bring it to him at this point. He checked the charge and topped it off as it was a bit low - still no cold air. He then checked the voltage to the DCCV and it checked out ok. He then clamped off the hoses at the DCCV and wha-la cold air in the cabin. They are now in the process of installing a new DCCV and the parts store has agreed to give me a refund on the defective DCCV. In short try clamping off the hot water hose to the DCCV and see what hapens. I'm surprised that neither I nor the forum thought of this simple test before.

I can recall it being suggested and done before, but usually when someone hasn't changed the DCCV yet.
