Default Car dosent liek hills and im moving where there are nothing but hills please help

Hey all, Im new here. Im having issues with my Car here and need to bring them to an conclusion as I decided to not sell it.

When Im going up hills my car jumps and stutters. When I take my foot off the and then gas it again it catches gear and is fine. It also happens when its not shifting and theres no need to find a gear but removing foot off gas and reapplying always works. The Ticking is annoying and use to do this until the transmission ultimately died, I hope this isnt the issue again. No gear Box default code appeared like last time. I am moving to California where their are plenty of Hills to fustrate myself and my S-Type.

When I make a sharp right turn, as far as the steering will allow the car stops. If I gas it will putter maybe but wont go anywere until I straighten the wheel out. This is a new one for me.

The 02 sensor code pops up daily. Even after I replace the one that was supose to be bad. I think I have replaced multiple times. Jag dosent know why its like that but it would be nice to see if any of you here have dealt with any of the issues so that I can be at peace with my car finally.

I appreciate anybody who will come to aid thanks all

Sorry forgot to mention it is a 2000 S-Type which I think have been in an accident passenger door. The dealer hid this from me and painted the car im sure of because the paint came off 2 years later and im painting it now. I know now to never by a car from some bums that have a dealership again, if it didnt come from Jaguar then you wont get the best service

Alot of reports say the 4.0 has that jumping or ticking situation going on uphill but, my 3.0 has been having that issue too often

Unless you know a lot about cars, just use jag parts for these common things as they're not badly priced.

Please wait until an expert to shed a light on this . I would go for OEM but WIX also a good brand if you pick up an aftermarket brand . I have read most comments just as " do use anything but FRAM "

The time to avoid aftermarket parts is when you already have a problem. Or when you're changing multiple things at the same time. E.g. don't put aftermarket plugs or coils on a car that's got engine problems already.

When you DIY you save plenty. Why take risks with the parts, especially when you have existing faults???

You'll likely fit only one fuel filter in the years you have the car. Why "save" a few $$$ on one that may not work properly? They're cheap anyway.

I used to use Fram but WIX has a much better reputation. There are some good filter comparisons on line that show the WIX is better constructed. I will say that simply changing the filter is MUCH more important than the brand of the filter!!

Yep, fuel filter or pump. Either is an easy swap.
