Helllo everyone,

This is my first time posting, i have a question i always play music on my phone with an aux cord, but since yesterday I can't play music from my phone.
If i press the (CDC) button nothing will happen even though my phone is connect with the aux cord.
Im driving the S-type 4.2 V8 year 2002.

Can anyone help me ?

However if you have the aux connector via the very expensive option and quite rare audio connectivity kit with a the connector unit box in the centre glove box there is a switch on this box, one way is for the CD changer, the other way is for the connectivity unit.(ie your aux cionnector.)

This switch has to be selected the correct way before you turn the ignition on it does nouthing if switched when the ignition is on.

The white dot is for the connectivity unit the white circle is for the cd changer.

If you do have this unit fitted my guess is that you accidently switched the switch the wrong way when the ignition was on and you would not know until you turn the ignition off and then back on again that it was the wrong way.
