What is the issue with the vehicle? What DTCs are stored leading to the timing chain being an issue?

The Duratech 3.0 litre is a very robust unit with very few issues having to do with the timing chains.

check engine is on. The mechanic told me about the crankshaft and camshaft timing. We try to delete the error but the light its on again. Actually the mechanic doesn't remember the fault code because it was a few months ago.

Oh!! Read the actual codes and post here.

Even a cheap elm327 can do it.

(Chances on that engine are it'll be nothing to do with what you're asking.)

Thanks much for the detailed car info as it does matter.
But as posted above your engine does not normally have that problem and without any actual codes I am afraid you will spend a lot of money when it won't be necessary?
So my suggestion is to hold off buying anything until a better and more accurate diagnosis can be done.

But your at the right place. All the answers for your car are on this forum.
Are you in the US?

Hi , this part is mine and its in good condition i think , i would like to ask if i can use it again because the other guides are new, so 3 new guides and one used. Is it risky or not? Can i get a new one? The part number its XR85175 but its no longer available. New tensioners , guides , chains

You still missing the point? Changing random parts based on what a mechanic said months ago who can't remember the code will NOT work out!
Again what are the codes? Your 6 cylinder engine is not known at all for timing problems so the codes are critical.

It looks like now you took things apart and we don't know yet what exactly is the problem?

How much do you plan to spend on this?
It's looking like a bigger and bigger project.
Good luck!
