Default Climate control module

My air conditioning quit on me a while back and after replacing the heater valve I am being told that I need a new Climate control module. Im having a hard time finding this part. Was wondering if anyone knows where one can be bought?

2005 S Type R
Navigation system if that makes any difference.

Also the reason for this is that the air conditioning refuses to run cold, will only run on the hottest temperature possible.

Are you sure you need a new one?
The usual fault is a blown trace which can be repaired.

Really? My problem i guess is finding a mechanic that can diagnose and repair that. Or if its something for which special tools are not necessary Ill happily dig in there and do it it myself.

Find an electronics place. Or a schoolboy with soldering iron!

There are quite a few threads showing repairs take a look at this one for a start https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...003-faq-36719/ if you have the navigation the module is behind the glovebox.
Any electronics shop should be able to do the repair.

Ingo, check this website:

- JaguarClimateControl.com

They are really knowledgeable guys, and talk simple English. The CCM board blows because of a design fault - they not only fix the burnt-out trace, but also fix the original design fault (their words, not mine). And they also refurbish DCCV's at a fraction of the new price.
