Default Codes After Manifold Removal for Plugs/Coils

I changed the plugs and coils on the 3L 2007 S-type. Afterwards car ran great but threw all theses codes like some leads or hoses have not gone back right.

CODES:
P0174 Bank 2 lean
P0327 Knock sensor B1
P0171 Bank 1 lean
P0664 Manifold tuning valve low bank 2a

Obviously I have stripped her down again but find no loose leads or hoses. Anyone know what to check?
Thanks

Are you sure the imt valve was plugged in correctly. That would cause the lean bank too.

Check the plugs to the fuel injectors that they are correctly connected.

Check around MAF and inlet manifold for vacuum leaks.
