Today i was replacing the ignition coils on my 2000stype v8. The bolt holding the coil in place on the cam cover , was rotating, but will not come out.The insert was rotating as well.Dont panic.Place a screw driver under the coil tang and pry up while you rotate the bolt head.It will snap up with the insert.Then after taking out the coil, hold the insert and remove the bolt.I araldited the insert back to the place.Keyword do not torque more during the installing process. good luck.
