I'm in need of a new wiper COLUMN SWITCH and i found a use one on Ebay. yet i'm very unclear if the wiper switch is compatible with my 04 S-type. I check the part S-type 2000-2005 pdf sheet and i still can't tell if i have the right part. please can someone tell if this column switch compatibility with my 04 s-type

@cel2620xl - I did some digging and looked at the auction link you provided.

As long as you do not have "rain sensor" option you should be good with this part.

Keep in mind the picture in the auction is a "stock photo" - that is NOT the actual part you are getting.

You can always email the seller and ask them to email you the part number from the actual part.

The part number should be: XR 8036631 (W/O Rain Sensor)

If you do have "rain sensor" option the part you need is: XR 8054842
