I have a 06 3.0V6. During my research I've gathered it is very much unfavored idea to convert this way because i can be better of buying a R straightaway.

Well, R is virtually not available in my country. So, one must convert their own. Do you guys know any complete parts solution that I can buy then fit locally?

 

You need things like:
engine
coolant hoses & expansion tank
dash
suspension
wheels
accelerometers
fuel pump(s)
fuel pump module(s)
wiring (various, very tough to fit)
HIDs (optional)
seats (optional)
reprogramming (I never heard of anyone even trying this)
a huge amount of time & money

may also need
PCM
RECM

and various things I've overlooked or don't know

I wouldn't attempt this unless paid handsomely.

IMO anyone attempting it is daft. But we English do love eccentrics...

 

Well something does not make any sense??

You can't buy a STR in your country but you can buy all the parts. Since there are no STR's in your county who would have the skill and knowledge to install all these parts (If you can find them)?

And where would the parts come from?
