I'm having heavy leaking on the umber side of my car dripping coolant or water? Down my oil Pan and it's lightly spraying out water on the upper side of the engine... Wtf is going on ? Any help would be much appreciated gentleman.

A leak from any of lots of places. Go hunting with a strong light. Dry as much as you can if you don't find it quick then see what gets wet first. Beware moving parts!

i seem to have found ( or at least i think ) the culprit. It looks like my water pump may be busted, I've felt in the past as if it was kind of failing ... could this be possible ?

I had the same problem it turned out to be the o-ring around where the impeller enters the motor. removed water pump thinking it was failing but the o-ring turned out to be the culprit. new gasket should be used tighten bolts in star pattern. good luck
