Default Cooling hoses from Jaguar?

Has anyone ordered cooling system hoses from Jaguar recently?

If so, were you satisfied with the quality? Are they true OEM ......or a substitute brand with a Jaguar label affixed?

On general principles I'd like to change all the hoses on my 2005 3.0 V6. I'm 99% sure they are all original. They look and feel to be in good condition but are well outside of my comfort zone, age-wise. It's one of those nagging little worries.

Over the years I have ordered parts from Jaguar only to find that they've changed suppliers and sent the same lower grade/brand-x parts that I could've bought anywhere for half the price. Plus, if the the Jaguar replacements are lower grade than original then I'm really just replacing one nagging little worry with a different nagging little worry.

Cheers and thanks
DD

Well Yes, if you call 2 years recent! The valley pipe as a pre-emptive strike for the STR. Not that impressed, and made my own from Silicon pipe.

My 2000 V6 is all on original CW pipes by the way. All seems well.

I would not put that great a premium on rubber pipes from JLR in my humble opinion. I would rather make by own in better engineered design and materials.
Or go OEM type replacements. (made anywhere but likely China, as are most things.)

Are they true OEM:

If they meet the spect, and are cheap then they will have the Jaguar logo, & cost a premium.

At the end of the day, its your choice.
