Does anyone know if there is a crossover radiator that will work for a 2003 s type v6 (manual)

There's a very good chance one from a Lincoln LS will fit. That's what I'm seeing on ebay listings. Prices all over the place, from under $100 on up.

 

id be very care full , and ask questions with the seller . as one thing i noticed when searching for my radiator was that the manual radiator pictures on all of ebay have a completely different mounting system . and the sellers claim to fit s type r in witch they will not as there is no manual version . and jaguar uses the same part no for across the board after 03 for all automatic s types and xj's . so there was some discrepancies with the ebay listings. so i went local . just beware
