Default Dented door

So my door was kicked in by an intoxicated person in Ocean City, Maryland and I was wondering if I should replace the door with a used one or spend 1,800 for a new one

Ouch!! I feel for you!

If (maybe a big IF) you can get an identical one from a wrecker it'll have better paint than a new one.

That sucks .
I hope whoever done this is kicked in his %^&^&$##$%^ face

That damage can be repaired I dare say but I think buying an used door should be a wiser move considerin your door will eventually will have to be repianted to match up the paint

FYI, I checked that site for you and there seems to be several available in the Maryland area, looks like you'll be spend close to a grand all said and done if you go that route. BIG BUMMER!

i called the cops afterwards and this was in december of last year and they just got back to me at the beginning of the month saying case closed. I called the office multiple times over the 5 month period to try and file charges and he was never in he called back twice. I went up to the station to file the chargers and they had no idea what i was talking about. So the finally called me back telling me my case is close and saying he talked to 3 witnesses and one of em is my neighbor and he said the officer never talked to him and then the officer had the ***** to say he call me back multiple times. Plus there is a video of him doing from a security camera. So pretty much i have to pay for it. Unless I take it too civil court.

Sue him, sue him, sue him. Take him to small claims court. With a copy of the video you will win for sure. Apply to Judge Judy and make a little extra if you want (friend of mine did!).

Yeah you could take that one to the people's court and win... As long as the subsequent beat down isn't on the same tape... Then the guy will counter sue for personal injury claims and all that crap.

I waited that long because i dont think i should pay for damage i didnt do and it took the officer tht long to get a hold of me
