do the R's have external trans coolers?
I was looking under the hood today and couldn't tell if it has one. I know it has an engine oil cooler and it appears to have 3 different stacks of radiator-looking plates. Can't tell if it has transmission lines running into it though. Does anyone know for a fact?
Someone correct me if I'm wrong cause its been alittle while since I've looked at this but I believe its built into the radiator. The front circle one at the bottom is a power steering cooler behind that is the intercooler for the supercharger circuit and the back one is the radiator with built in trans. Then inside where it would look like fog lights go are the twin oil coolers. Hopefully I got that right. LOL. I would look it up but everything is packed for a move except my laptop right now.
Yup, most autos are built into the radiator. Back when I had my Jeep, I had to purchase a new radiator for it, and instead of running the trans fluid through it (I got a separate cooler), I fitted it to be able to run a garden hose through. That way, when I was camping, I had hot water
