Mine is S type 2001 3.0

 

Are you looking for the RH or LH manifold and what are the last six characters of the VIN?

For a 3.0 litre V6
RH exhaust manifold: XR829224
LH exhaust manifold: XR829225

The manifold gaskets should also be replaced.

Remember to check with a Jaguar dealership for the correct number based on the VIN and any superseded part numbers by Jaguar.

I think they might be tough to DIY replace. They need to be unbroken and sealed (as with the rest of the exhaust pipes etc) as otherwise several problems can be expected.
