Default Dodged a bullet on ground up rebuild str

Hello everyone
as some of you know I had to do a complete ground up rebuild on my 03 str
Well car has been going great
intill i started driving home from work
Had to stop at roadworks told there was a 30 min delay
so tuned car off
Ended up talking to some older people they said they had a 2006 3.0 v6 at home and they loved it only used it on weekend's
they said they have never seen a str before and loved the black and red Interior
Ok now the fun begins
Everyone started moving car was fine until I got to a passing lane 2 trucks and some slow people in front
As I was going up hill on passing lane then pulled in behind some other vehicles then my Temperature gauge went up to all most the red after sitting behind them for around 5 minutes
Normally it sits on half way
pulled over on side street lifted hood engine smelt hot
no steam looked under car no signs of coollant
phoned the wife she brought her car with car trailer
As I loaded str on I noticed cooling fan was not working
So I turned on ac still no fan ac clutch did Engage
Have checked 80 amp fuse all good
had a look in drivers handbook it only says f13 80 amp
spun the fan by fingers it free spins nice and easily
my question
Are there more than one fuse
or is there a fan cooling relay or module
I can't find anything
I have tried to download
JTIS but i get a message saying I'm geo blocked due to my location
i know i am going to have to cheek the wring

but hopeing it could be a quick fix as str is in a new Zealand car show this weekend where it is going to be front page of nz v8s
to get to cooling fan wiring i will need to take front bumper off as when we rebuilt car all wiring was put into protecting tube
so is going to be a pain in the ***

Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanking you
Darrol

I still find the JTIS on the old Mediafire page?
Here is the thread and it is old but do study it a bit as he had to move the files around some. All 3 parts of the JTIS are still good and I just downloaded one of them to check?

Now I went and found the exact file location to make it even easier!

Wiring diagrams here, near the top of the page:

JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource

Open the diagrams for 2004 and scroll down to figure 03.6 to see the cooling fan and control module.

There is a second fuse, F38 (10A) in the front power distribution box. However, this same fuse also controls the AC compressor clutch. If the clutch engages, that fuse is good.
