Default Doors unlock then immediately lock again

For some reason I posted this eariler but it seems to have vanished. When I unlock my car with the fob, one press of the unlock button will unlock the driver's door, a second press unlocks the remaining doors for about a second or two after which they re-lock again. Also, when sitting in the driver seat, can't unlock the passenger door by pulling on the lock button on the door. Anyone run into this problem and found an accompanying solution?

Thanks.

There are lots of similar posts you can read to see which actuator is likely to blame.

Sounds like the actuator, I did my passenger one just the other day. Get one off fleabay and swap it out. When youve got the door card off I would suggest testing the newly acquired one by plugging it in to the door loom and locking unlocking etc, before fitting it to the door.
I pulled the old one apart hoping to find the cause. I found no mechanical fault and imagine its to do with the microswitches,

Mine has a similar problem, however I'm not so sure that its one of the microswitches.
I unlock with the remote, all locks instantly lock up again..
I bought 2 new LH and RH front door latches. Installed both and still the same problem..
I even tried some working used LH and RH front door latches. Still the same problem...
I decided to check for cracked shorting/wiring on the drivers door, between the door and cars body; found nothing..
The only thing that's obvious whilst I'm in the car is that if I reach over and manually open the front passengers door lock all locks will open except the drivers. If I again reach over and lock the passengers side lock those 3 will lock again except the drivers.
Been putting up with it for ages..

Did you get brand new ones or second hand? When I replaced my drivers one with ebay the fleabay one had the same problem, glad to say I tested it before fitting it and the replacement they sent worked ok

Thanks for all of the suggestions. My problem seems to be associated with the passenger door actuator. If it's left in the "lock" position, when I try to unlock the car remotely, it re-locks the car. If left in the open position, when I go to lock the car, it unlocks immediately afterward. I don't know if it's the actuator or the microswitch. I'm going to try to replace the actuator first if I can find one on Ebay.
