Have a 2001 S Type. Where is the engine oil drain plug.
Found the Filter but not sure that the 22mm plug that I found
on the bottom of a pan behind the filter was the oil drain plug or
transmission plug.

Metal plug in metal sump, as I recall it's 13mm. No way it's 22.

 

Gave you a steer in the other post you go on this.

That 22mm is the trans drain, dont go there at the moment.
