Not heard of it on here before but it sounds like the TC part of the (ABS) computer logic.

Mine has a light that flashes if TC is activated (you have to try quite hard on normal roads in an STR to make it happen). Is yours flashing (it'll be brief I expect)?

Assuming (gulp!) the sensors etc are OK now, check the wheels & tyres very carefully in case of lumps, mis-shapes, odd tyre pressures or and I do mean this different size rims or tyres!

Hello, and welcome to the forum. Yep, 9.0 volts is bad. That is extremely low. There's a slim chance you've got a good battery that is just discharged, but most likely the battery itself is toast. If the battery is more than a few years old, I wouldn't even mess with it, and just replace it. Such an extreme discharge typically damages the battery. Make sure the new one is fully charged, as they often only have a partial charge from the parts store.

Once installed, make sure your charging system is up to snuff. Your car has a smart charging system. Right after engine start, you should see around 14.5V as measured at the battery, tapering off around 13.5 after a few minutes.

Lots more details here about problems caused by low prestart voltage:
