ECT sensor location

Where is the ECT sensor located in a 2007 Jag S-type 4.2 engine

By the thermostat? Is it the NA or STR? Oh, and why?

Try below the throttle body and above the level of the water pump pulley. 2 wire black conector. At the water outlet in the V of the engine. I'll see if I can find wire colors in the morning.
