Engine Harness Question
While under the hood of the car, I came across an area of what I believe to be the engine harness that has wires exposed (see picture). The wires have a plastic tube running on top of them and are pressed against a clip attached to the manifold in the rear of the engine near the middle. There is a lot of tape/plastic sleeve covering the area that is pressed against the clip. Should I cover these wires and if so, what do you suggest? Tape or some type of conduit?
Bert, I just checked under Joyces hood, I cannot even see those wires. Do you have the plastic cowl off?
Which reminds me did you ever get the cowl screw covers I pointed out
Oh to answer your question I think yours would be alright, but some electrical tape around them couldn't hurt. Might as well check for chaffed wires prior.

PS - I did get the cowl cover screws you suggested.
