fan blows cold only
hi all first post hope its in right place my car 2.7 stype diesel auto 2005
turn up temp to full still blowing cold air from both sides have bled cooling system prob still remains.with expansion tank lid open if i pinch hose on rhs (the big one lower than tank not small one on top)nothing happens to the level in the tank think this means no coolant in it if this is so how to get coolant to this hose which hopefully will then feed heater.not that good with these things so idiot proof instructions would help thanks in advance.

I recommend getting a radiator cap pressure kit.
It will help you push all of the air out of the system to get the correct coolant level.
As for not having a working heater, it could be your thermostat is stuck open and not allowing the engine to get hot enough for the heater to work.
Does you car reach operating temperature? Or does it run a bit cold?

That seems low to me.
Is there any way for you to get an exact reading of the temperature?
Any generic obd-2 tool should give you an exact temperatue reading.
With diesel engines they will run quite cool with the thermostat stuck open. This is not very good in the long run, but don't worry about running it for now.
