Funny thing about weight, first run (and fastest) was made with a cooler, spare tire, and a bunch of other junk in the trunk. Last run I stripped everything out of the car, removed the leaper, taped up the front openings, and still didn't best my first run. The white wheels look a lot better once I threw on the JaguarForums.com decals.

 

161 is believable but it would take longer than a mile to do that.

 

Yep sure a str will do 160 but not in a mile at least not whitout a few hundred exta horses pulling it.

Congratulations on the safe runs. Be careful on the drive home..you have th only other Jag Green 03 STR I have seen.

Agree...def. need a mile and a 1/4 for 161 mph. I mentioned 161 mph as a "top speed" for a bone-stock STR.
