Default Fuse Issue

I have a 2006 Jaguar S-Type 4 Dr sedan 3.0L – it just failed a California Emission test because the on board computer has no power to it – they used a power bypass and the car passed, but I cannot get a 100% pass until I restore power to the on board computer. But I cannot find in the manual which fuse controls the power to the on board computer – can anyone tell me which fuse box it is in (There three fuse boxes in the car) and which fuse it is. . There is no specific reference to on board computer or data link in what is written in the manual regarding fuse descriptions.

I think the words used are confusing (at best).

Perhaps they mean power to the OBD socket (the "DLC"). I hope all fuses are listed in your handbook but you can download the workshop manual JTIS free if you'd prefer and find all in there.

It could be a wiring rather than fuse issue and JTIS covers that.

I'm JagV8 on this one. Blowing the DLC fuse is common, especially if the clips holding it to the bracket are broken, then the wiring gets damaged.
