Your right Cadillac, things could have been worse i.e the car came to a stop due to no pedal to make her move in traffic. Thankfully i was on a the parkway during low volumne. Thanks for your concern

WHAT????? That sounds the OPPOSITE of what to do. The usual is to drive gently (no WOT) for 200 miles, avoiding Sport mode. What did they do to your PCM ("ECU" means so many things lol) & TCM?

Jagv8, i did what jaguar told me to do. If you heard the opposite could you help me straighten this out?

According to the Jag option sheet I have...The "premium" package that includes memory and adjustable pedals is standard on the 4.2 and R. Optional on the 3.0...I'm almost positive that this option structure was the same throughout 2003 and up...With the exception of the "premium" package and "high line" package contents becoming standard on the last run for 2008. I'm sure this was done to standardize the final production run before switching the tooling over for XF production. Hint: Only one bumper style was used in 2008..The same one as found on the R since it's design is required for the oil coolers...
