Gearbox Issue & A/C Issue
I know both topics have been discussed quite a lot but I'm having problems finding the exact issue.
First the gearbox
The gearbox works just fine when it's cold, when the car is being driven for long distances but as soon as I hit traffic it gets bad.
After sitting in traffic for a while, you get sort of a "bump" when setting off, a few seconds later a warning comes on "gearbox fault" and the car get's stuck in 1st or 2nd gear until I pull over, shut the car down and turn it back on again, then it's all fine.
I've found a way to bypass this by putting it in neutral when sitting in traffic, but I'm not sure if it's good to shift 50 times to N and back to D a day.
What could be causing it?
My next issue is the A/C, about a year ago it started blowing hot air on the driver side and cold on the passenger, I've fixed it by doing a reset (setting it to HI then to LO would fix it) then miraculously it stopped giving me ***** in the face every day so I forgot about it.
But now it's back, but not on the driver side but it's on the passenger side now. I've tried everything, pulling the Evap sensors, I've went to a service to have it serviced (new oil new gas etc) but I'm still having the issues.
The previous owner changed the DCCV, I've read on the forum that it might be the CCM, I've found a tutorial on it here ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...003-faq-36719/ )
Would that be the obvious problem? If it is I'll try to fix it.
One last question, about the tutorial above, how would I find the bad trace? Is it with a multimeter or?
Thank you very much.

For a/c just follow jaguarclimatecontrol.com
Gearbox may need reprogramming or be low on fluid. If the latter get it checked & topped up at the very least and soon before you cause permanent/serious damage.

I already know about jaguarclimatecontrol.com and I know how to take it apart.
But I wasn't able to find a tutorial on how to actually fix the CCM.
I get the part where you have to solder a wire to fix it, but I can't actually figure out on how to find that bad trace.
Also I hope I don't have to reprogram to fix the gearbox, I live in Bosnia and there isn't a Jaguar service in this country, nor it's neighbors.
God dammit, but I'll check the oil level.
Thanks buddy.

Found it!
I finally found the issue on the CCM, burnt trace.
Found 2 actually one is damaged but it still works, the other is completely destroyed.
I'm going to solder it back on, and report if it works.

The DCCV was changed by the previous owner.
I checked the amps in the wiring they all checked.
So it should be fine. I'm guessing the CCM burned out because of the previous DCCV that went bad.
Next on the list is the gearbox, I'm going to check the oil probably next week, if it's not that then it's reprogramming. But I have no idea how to do that considering I don't have a Jaguar Service here. Probably going to have to take a trip to Hungary as I think it's the closest service to Bosnia.
