Have a look around the SNG Barrett site. For the model you have, as it is not the modern S type 1999-2008 type.

 

You'll also find them on Aliexpress when you search for "Jaguar logo" there... Might not be "as" original, but might do the trick...

They are different and differ in size.

 

I know what you need it for but does not look like a standard original 2000 S type grill. Hence the link to SNG.
The badge looks like a similar pattern to the early s type wheel cap centre covers, but the diameter is unknown.
A wheel cap centre being od 58mm and the badge without rim 49mm.

Who made the grill chrome cover Arden? or some other custom shop.

Quite right, the central part from the wheel cap fits, it is about 46-47mm in diameter, like the hole in the grille. I'm not sure about the chrome trim.
