The HL washer cover is intended to be easily removable so the front bumper can be removed. You have to determine which,if any of 3 parts are broken. You can see the parts in the pics attached. The triangular piece has 4 fingers on it, 2 of them clip the cover and 2 the washer body.

Once you figure out what is broken you can check with Jag dealer to see what is available.I suspect your best bet will be a wrecker's yard.

Had to replace mine recently.

Bought mine on eBay for about $25, cheapest I found, and it comes with the cover and the little triangle shaped tab thing there.

Did they break? Your picture looks like the cover was still OK and maybe just popped off?

OK thanks for that. I don't see headlight washers so it's a new item for me.

You might just need the cover, but unless you're getting it from a wreckers or ebay, it's only sold as the complete assembly.

They only come with the base primer, you'll need to have them painted to match your car.

Getting it in from a dealership / parts store, expect to pay around the $100 mark for the complete package.

My just came off yesterday and I had to put it back on today. Thankfully nothing was broke, but it was a little tricky cause I didn't want to break it putting it back on. I eventually pulled the whole washer out manually to get enough room to put the cover on. Hopefully this doesn't damage the mechanism. I have developed some worries that it may pop off again in the winter if there is ice on it or I hit it while trying to de-ice it.

Shout out to the forum for giving me confidence to tackle these things by reading up on them first!

No pulling it out will not damage the mechanism---that"the proper way" to remove it anyway---you just have to be gentle!
