Help with transmission fluid change on 2000 s type

Hello fewllow jag buddies!
I have a 2000 s type and i suspect the transmission fluid is a little low and i would like to either top it up or renew it,anyone know the procedure?

Look for posts on the 5R55N (it's a Ford box). Covered lots of times...
