Default hi in car entertainment help please

i have a sat nav in my car the standard jaguar one, now what i wanted to know was can i get it to play tv and dvd? thanks

hi its a 2002 jaguar s type r 4.2 v8 with a sat nav in built unit also it does not have alpine

Long story short, you need a Video Interface like the NavRGB, which will bring external video to the screen, then you also need a means of bringing external Audio to the system, an ACM Audio Connectivity Module, or maybe a Parrot would also work.

Then you can use just about any source you want for Video with Audio.

Yes, and of course now also need a suitable digital TV box.

I can't see it being worthwhile but each to their own!

Beware flattening car battery (TV on, engine off).
