How much is it worth?

I have a chance to buy a 2000 jaguar S-type v8. the only known problem is an overheating issue. Turns out the oil does have water in it so im guessing a blown head gasket. the rest of the car is in good condition with about 150,000miles. how much is this worth, and about how much would it cost to have fixed?

KBB / NADA TradeIn - A new motor!

150k miles and needs a new head gasket, over heated, and water in block.

I don't think you could get anyone todo a head job, because both the shop, and you need a warrenty for insurance.

$6k for a used, and $8K for a new motor.

If you plan to buy a similar age but working car and have plenty of space then maybe it's got a small value for spares.

I wouldn't give $10 for it as I've not even got the space.
