I got the car for $600 cause a kid ran this car for 9 months without anny oil and seized the engine... got a engine for 1200 and a few other things, the car runs great except for the limited forfomace light along with the check engine light, I have scanned this and the main thing that keeps popping up is bank 2 to lean and I can hear what sounds like a small leack next to the manifold could the intake manifold gasket cause this?

Something else with mentioning is the restricted performance, it will restrict the car to 3k rpm, if I press the gas barely to hard it will hit the 3k and downshift?? If I don't hit the 3k while accelerating and go above 50mph then back to a complete stop it goes completely away, still says restricted but it's not, I cannot understand this

That tube (line) looks like a drain.

Don't concentrate on the details of restricted - go for the known fault(s) especially any flagged via OBD.

A hiss tends to be a huge air leak (you can't hear the small ones but they do need fixing).

Best way to find air leaks is to watch STFTs (see my .sig) and spray a little something (e.g. propane but even misted water may work) at each suspect place.

When it's running well, the fuel trims should be near zero at idle (parked, engine hot) and not change much if you rev to about 2500.

(Don't rev past 3000 when parked, it's not good for the engine or trans.)

That hose is just a water drain that's to be routed to the ground. It's simply there so that after a car wash or rain or small amount of gas spillage.. it won't run down the side of the body.

I would be careful driving any distance with a large air leak as you are significantly leaning out the mixture (beyond what the engine management system can compensate for) and this can melt the innards of the catalyst on that bank. A few forum members have done this over the years.

Yes it is. On mine it is clamped with a P-clip to the underside of the spare wheel well.
