Looks like the '06 MY has been updated. The '05's and previous do not have that hose. Looks like it might be a quick connect kind of like on an air compressor.

Are you able to push the "wing" fitting into the plenum at all? If so push it in and use a small screw driver to push the small ring that is against the plenum out or away from plenum (manifold) then pull wing fitting out.

This is only my guess, take it for what its worth. On previous MY's there is a vacuum connection similar to that on the back of the plenum.

I know exactly what you are dealing with, it is a quick connect just like the one on the back. Unfortunately, they get very brittle and break up quite easily. If you got the time to wait for parts via shipping, you can renew this fitting cheaply and you will be ahead of a common vacuum leak and make future disconnecting much easier. I've posted the repair here before. You need to press the collar around the hole in against the manifold and the tube slips out real easy. Your picture does not capture the surface you need to press in. Look at my pictures,

This is the same port with my manifold flipped over. Notice that the retainer ring is deteriorated and broken up. There is an o ring down inside that is very common to perish as well. The brass is the insert that is press fit into the aluminum manifold. They come together as a single part number.

Don't screw with the brass part, just replace the o-ring and retainer.

That doesn't help you get them apart, I know. But seeing how they fit together might aid your attack. If your retainer ring is crumbling like mine, maybe some picks like mine below will let you get in at the right spot. Your retainer may actually be intact, I am only saying that your photo doesn't show it. I really advise renewing them, it was only $16 per connector. Your future self might thank you.

To get that plastic line out, push the line IN to get that little black plastic insert in the fitting to move in. That releases the grabbing force on the line.

then try to pull the line back out while keeping the black plastic insert from moving back out. If the insert moves out, it locks the line in place so you will have to push them both in and try again
