I need the piece that that goes between the front glass and the dash board its the piece thats about 4 inches wide that has the sensors for the lights in it..Any ideas..

I tried to find one for my 2001 S-Type, because it has cracked into four separate pieces, spoke to several wreckers who specialise in Jags and they told me that "they all break and you will never find one"...but you might get lucky, who knows...

The only chance would be to buy one new, but I haven't looked. Maybe ask our forum sponsor SNG Barratt if they can help you...

 

I too have a broken "demister Grill" They are available in England (look on ebay) for about $115.00 US and about the same to ship it here (Texas). Almost everyone I've located here in the States has been broken. There is a utube posting about putting a broken one back together Epoxy,fibreglass mat and respray. Looked pretty good and I may try that as I've been looking for a couple of months. Here in the south, the sun and heat takes it's toll on this part. If interested, I'll send you the link to the company in England (salvage yard here they call it something else across the pond). Good luck, if you find a black one let me know.
