Jaguar s type 2003 3.0 sport sat nav

Looking for information on how to fit a sat nav to my car. Have been told my car may have pre installed wiring as it has a pre installed factory fitted phone. Any input would be welcome.

What's fitted now? Before replying, though, read the existing treads about this! It's not easy or cheap.
