jumping at start up
Had the tune up. Someone said the plugs could be wet in the morning and possibly be a cracked head? Say it is not so It jumps at start up and once it is warm the jumping goes away any suggestions? please

Looks to be an air leak causing misfires. Even a tiny leak wil cause problems.
To confirm you could look at fuel trims at idle & 2500rpm.
The whole air path from MAF to engine innards needs checking for the slightest crack or gap and then fixing. Might be a bad air filter or its housing.

I also like an air leak as the probable cause. An ignition coil or fuel delivery fault wouldn't usually disappear when the engine warmed up.
To help you check the shop is giving you the right information, here's an extract from the the Jaguar DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) listing for the ones you've found. Possible causes are given in the right hand column:

If they come up with anything not in 'possible causes' (and more expensive to fix!) post back here.
Code P1111 is a status and not a fault. It indicates all OnBoard monitoring tests have been completed since the last memory clear. You will always see P1111 or P1000 (OnBoard tests not completed since last memory clear.
