Killed my Transmission?

Sorry, Don (Note the comma in between). I missed your question in the middle of the CrisisCavalcade™.
The original plan was to rebuild my existing transmission. The shop was able to find a reman unit and trim the turnaround time for me by at least a week. The shop most likely will send off the old unit as a core, so we may never know exactly what failed. I'm pretty sure it was a combination of high mileage and my stupidity, with an emphasis on the latter.
