where is the knock sensor bank 2 jaquar s type 2001, 3 litres

Hi,
wrong subsection of the forum. You're here with the XJ V8 guys..your V6 is a different kind of animal.

Welcome to the Jaguar Forums! It's great to have you with us.

I have moved your post from the forum for the X350 to the forum for the S-Type where you will find knowledgeable owners of similar cars.

I would have to look up the location of the knock sensors (KS) on your 3.0L engine (which is an upgraded version of the Ford Duratec), but my first question would be what has prompted you to locate the KS? If it was a diagnostic fault code read by an OBDII scan tool, please post the exact code that was scanned so we can be of the most assistance. It is likely that the problem may be with the electrical circuit and not the sensor itself.
