I can't seem to find my car key.
What are my options in getting a new key?
I live in the middle of nowhere Pennsylvania so a dealership is VERY far away.

 

Umm... that's bad news.

You can get a new key from the dealer pre-cut by presenting VIN and
proof of ownership.

But then the key has to be mated with the car.

This requires the dealer software.

You can diy that part by buying one of the clone Mongoose/IDS combinations
on ebay. But you have to get to know the software.

If there is someone close by with the setup, they would be able to do it.

Otherwise, you'll be towing it to the dealer.

You had best buy two keys this time and get them programmed at the same
time. Expensive, but better than a long tow.
