Default maintaining my s-type

my 2000 s-type 3.0 has 136000 Km on it what should I be doing in respect to preventive maintenance. Does the engine have a timing belt or chain what about a trany fluid change bleed brakes coolant etcetera any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated

Get a JTIS so you get all the info

Even has the maintenance intervals etc

No belt, the cams are chain driven.

JTIS covers it, but it is worth emphasizing that if you still have the original brake fluid you are way overdue for a complete flush. At this point your fluid will have been aerated and likely have a good bit of water in the system, and the boiling point will be lower then spec. Easy DIY job - best of luck!

Did a brake fluid flush went well it looks like it had its maintenance because the fluid came out looking good

Richard- the physical appearance of brake fluid means very little. Good fluid can look blecch and vice versa.

Thanks for advice. I pumped a full liter through the brake system so I think I'm good.
