Default Mass air flow sensor

My new mass air flow sensor arrived. I was wondering if its as simple as removing the old and screwing in the new one, clipping the wire in. Or do i need to reset something, maybe unhook the battery for x amount of seconds?

Denso air mass flow sensor.

The MAF sensors are completely plug-and-play. No worries about having to reset anything. I've had all of our MAF sensors out for cleaning at various times. Never had an issue with any kind of reset required....

If it's the right one, make sure key is out of ignition and just change the sensor. Job done.
