Default Misfiring & stuttering 3.0 V6

Right then..
Got my S type 3.0 V6 manual,80K on the clock,year 1999

Has a misfiring problem which is intermittent. The car was parked up for 7 months and he said it was running fine before with no problem and now its on the road it's misfiring. Am I right in saying its a common problem to be coilpacks and easier to replace all 6 plugs and coilpacks? OR what would be the chances be for it to be the MAF sensor? Or is coilpacks the more likely cause?! I've had a fault code reader plugged in and nothing comes up neither is an engine management light on.

Opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks
Matt

MAF is last suspect at this stage.

Coils or even more likely an air leak - try Search with
hose elbow
hose leak

and so on. Quite cheap to fix

Check fuel trims to confirm.
