There are no codes P013/p016 so please correct them.

It's not going to run OK if there's a KS fault.

I can't recall if cyl 5 is awkward access - if not, swap/replace the coil with a good one (don't buy cheap).

1, 3, and 5 are a bit of a bitter ex-wife to change....under the upper intake manifold. 2, 4, and 6 are easier.

As mentioned above absolutely nothing. BUT....

Get the correct codes posted. As brother "aholbro" (still slays me to type that after all these years ) suggested.

You are looking at a possible failed coil under the intake manifold (aka plenum). more than likely you will crack a couple vital vacuum lines trying to get to that particular COP (Coil Over Plug).

Save yourself the headaches. Purchase only OEM COPs, or at least 2. Replace #3 and #5 when you get to them. Number 1 COP is replaceable without removing plenum. Also, I recommend that you replace the spark plugs on all cylinders if you haven't yet. Another important tid bit of info... Purchase a valve cover gasket set from FelPro, along with plenum (some call them upper intake) gaskets AND lower intake gaskets while you are into a vehicle that is 14 years old.

Look at the link below, it covers all vacuum lines that you are most likely going to crack upon replacing #5 COP. Drop a couple extra bucks and do the job correctly the first time! Don't forget the IMT orings!

This post alone would cost a Jag owner a few hundred $.

Just to add I know what I am typing about, below is another epic link that I saved a "green" college kid thousnadssssss of dollars on his 2003, 3.0 years ago:

you are welcome in advance.
