Default Need Help to remove rear bumper

Hello everyone,

This is the continuation of my previous post about the rear marker lamp which doesn't have any cable. The dealer said that the cable might somehow slip in the rear bumper, and we need to open the bumper and look if it's there before going further on fixing the problem.

So anyone has any experience on removing the rear bumper on 2004 S-type ?

Thank you very much.

bombu, if I were you I would consider purchasing a subscribtion to www.alldatadiy.com $27.00 (USD) To remove the rear facia bumper is quite a lengthy process. There are many many bolts that need to be removed along with many electrical components as well. If you do your own work alldatadiy will save you alot of money in the long run.
If you are not familiar with alldatadiy, it is easily to understand for the layman, well worth the money.
