Need some help please
my 2003 Jaguar S type R is showing bank 1 & 2 lean. I’ve done all o2 sensors, air flow meter, smoke test, and still continue to get this code with restricted performance. Once I get on the freeway within a minute or two, restricted performance goes off and is fine while on the freeway. Once I get off the freeway, eventually restricted performance will come back..... anyone with suggestions, I’m about at my wits end.... thank you.....

I did not check fuel trim , I’ll post DTC once it comes in again
