Default Need some help w/ battery disconnection ('00 S-type)

Disconnecting the battery on my '00 S-type, negative terminal comes off fine. The bolt on the positive terminal will loosen up, but the thing connected to the battery will not move at all. I don't wanna put a whole lot of strength in to it and risk breaking something, but I put enough force in to it that it should have at least moved.

It previously had a battery drain and just came back from the shop. Before it went in to the shop, it came off fine so I'm wondering if maybe that's something that they do or if I'm missing something here?

I'll post a pic (low quality/dark though) in a few mins in case it helps.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

In case it helps someone, doesn't show much other than the bolt being loose...

If you have a big screw driver, place it between the center of the "U" and twist, should pry the "U' open enough to pull off. Note red arrow.

Worked, thanks. Figured it'd probably involve prying, just wanted to make sure I wouldn't end up breaking anything.

'preciate it.
