I am looking for a engine wiring harness for my 2003 jaguar stype V6. I live in the dallas/fort worth area.

 

You might consider posting in the for sale area. And searching though it you might contact someone who is parting out a car like yours.

I'd think around Dallas some junk yard would have a V6 model that you could find get it from.

Please make sure the harness acquired is from the correct model year/X202 series; there were significant changes in the 2003 "first facelift" model year.
